Cumberland Health is a subsidiary of Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). All care provided through the Cumberland Health app is delivered by licensed medical providers who are employed by CFMC and licensed to practice in the state of Kentucky.
